Director of Corporate Finance, Process Improvement

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.

• Engage in the construction of Presidio’s enterprise data warehouse.

• Formulate and implement a strategic roadmap for financial analytics.

• Establish financial performance metrics that align with organizational goals.

• Promote data literacy and analytical rigor throughout Finance and the broader organization.

• Supervise enterprise-level financial models across various business units.

• Direct the analysis of intricate financial and operational datasets to uncover growth, efficiency, and profitability opportunities.

• Deliver executive-level insights and strategic recommendations based on financial performance, market trends, and internal metrics.

• Collaborate with functional leaders on decision-making, resource distribution, and strategic planning.

• Oversee the financial integration of acquisitions, encompassing planning, forecasting, reporting, data, and performance management processes.

• Develop post-acquisition performance reporting, monitor investment-case results, track integration milestones and synergy realization, and provide insights to senior leadership.

• Manage the advancement of financial analytics capabilities across the enterprise data warehouse, D365, OneStream, Salesforce, and Power BI.

• Advocate for automation, AI, data governance, and best practices in analytics.

• Partner with IT, Accounting, and Data teams to address advanced analytics and business intelligence requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business intelligence.

• Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven success in building and scaling analytics capabilities within a finance organization.

• Experience in technology, SaaS, or other data-centric industries is highly preferred.

• Established leadership in managing high-performing financial teams.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise data environments, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and dashboard development tools.

• Experience in leveraging analytics to influence executive decision-making and operational strategy.

• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or certifications in Data Analytics or Financial Modeling are beneficial.

• A Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
