Director of Corporate Finance, Process Improvement

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of financial analysts.

• Engage in the development of Presidio’s enterprise data warehouse.

• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for financial analytics.

• Establish financial performance indicators that align with organizational goals.

• Promote data literacy and analytical rigor throughout the Finance function and the organization.

• Oversee enterprise-level financial models across various business units.

• Direct the analysis of complex financial and operational datasets to uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability.

• Deliver executive-level insights and strategic recommendations based on financial performance, market trends, and internal metrics.

• Collaborate with functional leaders on decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

• Lead the financial integration of acquisitions, encompassing planning, forecasting, reporting, data, and performance-management alignment.

• Establish post-acquisition performance reporting, monitor integration milestones, and track synergy realization while advising senior leadership.

• Direct the evolution of financial analytics capabilities that are integrated with enterprise data warehouses, financial systems, and business intelligence platforms.

• Advocate for automation, AI, data governance, and best practices in analytics.

• Work alongside IT, Accounting, and Data teams to support advanced analytics and business intelligence requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or business intelligence.

• A minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership position.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing financial teams.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement methodologies.

• Strong working knowledge of enterprise data environments, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and dashboard development tools like Power BI.

• Experience in leveraging analytics to impact executive decision-making and operational strategies.

• Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Proven track record in building and scaling analytics capabilities within a finance organization.

• Experience in technology, SaaS, or other data-driven sectors is highly desirable.

• A Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or certifications in Data Analytics or Financial Modeling are beneficial.
