Director of Commercial Performance – Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate as a peer with Regional Leaders.

• Oversee commercial performance and operations throughout Eskimi.

• Convert commercial priorities into consistent execution strategies.

• Enhance sales discipline and provide coaching to leaders and Business Development Managers (BDMs).

• Advance opportunity progression and drive results in revenue, profitability, and strategic goals.

• Establish mandatory sales operating standards and lead performance review meetings.

• Require recovery plans that include designated owners, milestones, and customer evidence.

• Collaborate closely with BDMs while involving Regional Leaders.

• Question unsupported forecast commitments and publish an independent assessment.

• Escalate recurring issues and contribute evidence for performance evaluations.

• Set and uphold commercial standards across teams and regions.

• Lead forecasting, reconciliation, CRM, and commercial systems through specialists while maintaining accountability for the quality and accuracy of outputs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in revenue, sales, or commercial operations.

• Minimum of 3 years managing the commercial, revenue, or sales operations function.

• Demonstrated sales leadership experience, including ownership of team revenue targets and direct management of sales personnel.

• Strong understanding of prospecting, agency purchasing, qualification quality, stalled deals, and customer evidence.

• Proven track record of enhancing performance through others.

• Practical coaching skills for BDMs.

• Ability to operate confidently in a matrix environment across teams and regions.

• Strong operational and financial acumen, including forecasting, reconciliation, CRM, and commercial systems.

• Commercial credibility and sound judgment.

• Proficient in English at a professional level.

• Experience in ad tech is an advantage.
