This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Aggregate and summarize the sales pipeline and forecasts segmented by region, product, and channel.

• Provide the General Manager with weekly insights comparing planned versus actual results.

• Monitor and evaluate bookings, pipeline status, win rates, deal velocity, and average selling price (ASP) categorized by product and region.

• Identify at-risk cohorts and deals, escalate obstacles, and suggest corrective measures.

• Collaborate with sales leadership, BDR, account management, and go-to-market teams to design, execute, and monitor targeted sales initiatives.

• Conduct regular assessments of sales performance against quarterly and annual objectives.

• Adjust strategies and resource distribution in coordination with relevant teams.

• Recognize and escalate cross-functional challenges.

• Work alongside the enablement team to guarantee that sellers and partners possess the necessary tools and training.

• Lead or take part in Account Improvement Plans (AIPs).

• Provide real-time insights into pipeline health and execution across various regions and channels.

• Ensure that forecasts are precise and updated weekly.

• Confirm that sales initiatives are executed on schedule with documented key performance indicator (KPI) progress.


⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline methodologies, forecasting, and the metrics that influence revenue accountability in the SaaS sector.

• Seven to ten years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a comparable operational role within a high-volume B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven success in managing sales operations across various regions or channels at scale.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data visualization.

• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and Excel pivot tables.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to translate data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Project management mindset: ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion.

• Experience with programmatic or high-volume sales models is advantageous.

• Background checks are mandatory for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country or state/province.
