This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, community organizations, schools, and educational institutions.
• Enhance awareness of BrentCare Behavioral Health's specialized services for mental health and addiction treatment.
• Oversee business-to-business relationships and assist families in connecting with support for their adolescent children.
• Optimize communication among families, professional referrers, and the admissions team.
• Execute marketing initiatives that generate leads and revenue through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Create and implement community outreach strategies.
• Identify, pursue, and cultivate business opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
• Produce outreach materials and resources, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Deliver educational presentations and workshops on mental health, addiction issues, and available services.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to represent BrentCare Behavioral Health and foster partnerships.
• Manage communication and coordinate admissions for individuals seeking treatment.
• Monitor and report on outreach activities, contacts, referrals, and outcomes using the CRM system.
• Keep updated on trends and advancements in mental health and addiction treatment.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to families dealing with adolescent mental health and substance abuse challenges.
• Conduct educational sessions for families regarding the treatment process and coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with therapists, counselors, medical professionals, and the admissions team.
• Encourage family involvement in treatment planning and decision-making processes.
• Engage with community resources and support networks to enhance support for adolescents and their families.
• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; or a minimum of equivalent experience in the field.
• Prior experience in substance and mental health-related fields in a business development role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach to supporting families.
• Understanding of adolescent development and mental health issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong networking skills along with the capability to maintain an existing network.
• Proficient in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.
