Director of AI-Powered Selling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the head of Global Sales Operations.

• Collaborate in the development of practical AI tools for Account Executives globally.

• Transform ideas into functional AI tools through experimentation, prototyping, and demonstrations.

• Integrate feedback, test validated concepts, and ensure tools are reliable, intuitive, and user-friendly.

• Design and implement the AI Power Selling curriculum, which includes Market Identification & Lead Generation, Conversation Preparation & Planning, and Account Expansion.

• Provide demonstrations, training sessions, and supporting documentation.

• Collect user feedback and investigate new AI capabilities to keep tools and curriculum up-to-date.

• Operate as an individual contributor with no management responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in developing practical tools utilizing generative AI, particularly ChatGPT.

• Portfolio showcasing tools, experiments, prototypes, or demonstrations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously, resolve issues, and produce completed work.

• Skill in collaboration, incorporating feedback, and managing conflicting priorities.

• Curiosity, creativity, and dedication to Convergint’s Values and Beliefs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated experience in building AI tools hands-on.

• Sales experience is not mandatory; diverse technical, creative, and unconventional backgrounds are encouraged.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for training, demonstrations, and collaborative activities.

• Provide examples or links to projects, tools, or demonstrations that you are permitted to share.
