Director, Network Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and development of capabilities aimed at enhancing digital products, services, and user experiences.

• Direct the execution of digital roadmaps, business processes, programs, initiatives, resource allocation, KPIs, and governance activities.

• Implement strategies for digital talent development and plans to enhance employee experience.

• Contribute to the formulation of digital roadmaps and strategic enablers while managing legacy applications and technology operations.

• Oversee portfolios of significant projects and programs.

• Establish quality procedures and standards, validate technological processes, qualify products, and oversee testing.

• Create and present budget plans.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve cybersecurity incidents, attacks, breaches, and vulnerabilities.

• Communicate and execute function strategies and business plans.

• Assess staff capabilities, prioritize development activities, and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.

• Manage and report on the performance of a large, diverse team.

• Make timely, policy-compliant decisions and formulate long-term strategies.

• Foster customer relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Build effective teams and cultivate talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree or an equivalent level is preferred.

• 10 to 15+ years of experience.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in planning and managing resources to meet predetermined objectives set by senior management.

• Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
