This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Proactively identify, source, pursue, and finalize high-value strategic travel partnerships.
β’ Develop and oversee a self-generated pipeline through existing industry relationships, targeted prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events.
β’ Manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to pitching, negotiating, contracting, and launching.
β’ Create customized partner strategies, negotiating commercial terms, commission structures, and launch plans tailored to the unique needs of each account.
β’ Lead negotiations involving commission structures, integration requirements, product needs, and launch strategies.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers within major partner organizations.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Product, Insurance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Account Development teams to progress complex opportunities.
β’ Work alongside the Product/Insurance team to propose customized products or coverage enhancements suited for large national accounts.
β’ Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and transparent communication regarding the status of opportunities.
β’ Represent Faye at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic partner meetings.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, national accounts, or enterprise sales within the travel, travel insurance, travel technology, cruise, wholesale, or OTA sectors.
β’ Prior industry experience and connections are essential.
β’ Demonstrated ability to source, develop, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships while navigating extended sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
β’ A robust existing network within the travel industry that can generate significant business development opportunities.
β’ Strong executive presence and the capability to communicate credibly with senior leaders, founders, and C-suite stakeholders.
β’ Excellent commercial judgment to assess account potential, revenue opportunities, and strategic alignment.
β’ Comfort with operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment that requires ownership, collaboration skills, and strong CRM discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in travel insurance, ancillary revenue, embedded travel products, or travel protection solutions.
