This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of annual strategic and tactical plans for Medical Affairs.
• Work collaboratively with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Field Medical teams to ensure alignment of scientific and business goals.
• Manage and operationalize advisory boards, symposia, scientific congress planning, and educational initiatives.
• Participate in the Promotional Review Committee and Medical Review Committee.
• Aid in the planning and implementation of the Investigator-Sponsored Research program.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development to incorporate healthcare provider insights and support the design and execution of clinical trials.
• Partner with Commercial teams on strategy alignment and the development of promotional materials while ensuring compliance.
• Create and maintain processes, SOPs, and guidance documents for Medical Affairs.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate scientific and clinical insights gathered from interactions with KOLs, advisory boards, and conferences.
• Provide assistance with vendor oversight and budget management.
• A doctoral-level medical/scientific degree is necessary: PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs is preferred.
• Proven experience in contributing to medical strategy with robust operational and execution skills.
• Oncology experience is essential.
• Preferred experience with solid tumors.
• Previous involvement in supporting advisory boards, PRC/MRC, and ISR programs is required.
• Experience in collaborative efforts across Clinical and Commercial divisions.
• Strong project management and scientific communication abilities are needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and possibly internationally.
