This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Transform media strategy into actionable insights across various Driven Brands.
• Take ownership of media planning strategy across multiple channels and create measurable, ROAS-focused paid media plans that enhance traffic and sales.
• Lead the strategic planning for annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific initiatives, including pacing and optimization.
• Manage daily strategy and planning activities in collaboration with media agencies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, thoroughness, experimentation, and learning.
• Oversee performance benchmarks, conduct ongoing reviews, and lead optimization discussions.
• Collaborate with Analytics on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution studies, and incrementality testing.
• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, data integrity, KPI tracking, and timely dashboard updates in reporting.
• Generate performance insights that inform strategic direction, messaging, and investment choices.
• Lead the design and analysis of tests and present findings.
• Report performance issues, optimization opportunities, and operational risks to the VP of Media.
• Identify and rectify gaps in media processes and operational workflows.
• Develop unified approaches and best practices for the Media team and portfolio.
• Ensure that brand objectives and directives are executed by media agencies.
• Collaborate with Website and CRM teams to enhance the digital customer journey.
• Partner with Media Operations on audience segmentation, suppression tactics, and retargeting initiatives.
• Hold Media Operations accountable for tagging, tracking, and audience integration tasks.
• Maintain operational coherence with internal teams and agency partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or media strategy.
• Experience in working with media agencies or holding a leadership position on the agency side.
• In-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional media across local and national channels.
• Proven track record in leading media strategies and deriving insights from data to enhance performance over time.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to operational precision.
• Excellent organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset, with experience in managing approvals and leading documentation processes.
• Collaborative, accountable, and motivated by strategy and peak performance.
• Experience in franchise or co-op marketing structures is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• MBA is preferred.
