Director, Market Access and Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee all market access initiatives, including CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers.

• Direct reimbursement strategy, policy formulation, and cross-departmental execution to enhance reimbursement results.

• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to guarantee case approvals and reimbursements.

• Provide guidance on how to address denials when necessary.

• Engage with prominent payors to gain insights into CT:VQ for prospective coverage.

• Collaborate with professional societies and support federal advocacy efforts.

• Reach out to and inform payors about the company’s products.

• Work in partnership with key stakeholders and professional societies.

• Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams.

• Coordinate public and private payer coverage strategies, implementation plans, and tactical execution in alignment with the company's commercialization strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Payor, Reimbursement, and Market Access.

• Extensive knowledge of CPT coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a player/coach capacity.

• Experience with imaging, software, AI, and category 3 products.

• Proven experience in reaching out to and educating payors about products.

• Experience partnering with key stakeholders and professional societies.

• Demonstrated teamwork with Sales and Clinical teams.

• Preferred: Experience in the imaging or CT sector.

• Preferred: Established relationships with major professional societies.

• Candidates must successfully complete background checks and credentialing processes.

• Must provide documentation such as I-9 verification.
