This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a small team of managers/directors and gig workers responsible for program execution.
• Provide insights on intricate personnel matters, including performance management, employee engagement, and team dynamics.
• Cultivate a high-performance, accountable, and cooperative team culture.
• Co-lead initiatives for facilitator excellence and quality assurance practices, including observation and feedback.
• Facilitate training sessions primarily targeting leaders and HR audiences using innovative techniques aligned with adult learning principles.
• Offer external-client coaching utilizing ICF PCC-level proficiencies and competencies.
• Conduct impactful coaching discussions through active listening and thought-provoking questions.
• Manage assigned cohorts via meet-and-greets, customization, and serving as the primary contact for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to demonstrate proof of concept, evaluate client needs, and define requirements.
• Maintain current offerings, including piloting and refining program designs.
• Act as a liaison between Learning Solutions delivery and production for product updates.
• Work together with operations to formulate and implement scheduling strategies across full-time, contract, and gig talent.
• Over 7 years of facilitation experience, preferably in online settings using the Teams platform.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR within a corporate context.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a people leader in Human Resources.
• Client-focused with a proven ability to evaluate client needs.
• ICF certification at a minimum of PCC level.
• Collaborative, possessing exceptional listening, critical thinking, and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent organizational, project, and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to swiftly transition between high-priority tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort in making strategic recommendations based on extensive data sets.
• Proven skills in problem-solving and informed decision-making with a broader business perspective.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, project management, collaboration, communication, and key player management skills.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating for both first-time leaders and senior executives.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment with diverse personalities and complex situations.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft suite applications.
• University degree in HR, Adult Education, IO Psychology, Business, or a related post-secondary program.
• Willingness to work business hours in EST with flexibility to accommodate clients in various time zones.
