This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold the Learning & Development vision and strategy for the organization.
• Create and sustain L&D programs and processes that align with organizational objectives.
• Work in partnership with physician leadership teams to design, deliver, and enhance the USAP Leadership Academy and additional development programs.
• Initiate and drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including onboarding, succession planning, and learning programs.
• Effectively communicate L&D offerings to leadership, team members, and key stakeholders.
• Assess the balance between just-in-time, on-demand training and in-person training options.
• Analyze organizational employee and leadership development needs alongside HR leaders using employee relations, people insights/analytics, and benefits data.
• Identify and evaluate new learning and organizational development initiatives, conveying them to targeted audiences.
• Establish project visions, action plans, execution processes, and metrics for success.
• Suggest improvements for program effectiveness and propose future programs to the HR Leadership team.
• Analyze processes to identify efficiency opportunities and implement recommendations.
• Stay updated on organizational development and learning trends, technologies, and best practices, adapting them to fit USAP’s culture and requirements.
• Oversee the learning and development budget while establishing ROI and success metrics.
• Prepare and manage communications related to L&D initiatives.
• Supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, participate in performance reviews, and set individual and team goals.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the L&D team while enhancing team capabilities.
• Encourage collaboration between the Talent team and other HR teams.
• Review L&D programs through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Coach the team and business leaders on DEI-B principles in employee learning and development.
• Collect and maintain L&D data that aligns with USAP’s DEI-B initiatives.
• Implement DEI-B best practices into development programs, processes, and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR or Business.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or related Human Resources functions.
• More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a team of skilled professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels of the organization, including external vendors and service providers.
• Proven success in executing programs aligned with strategic enterprise-wide goals in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Experience in planning, coordination, and resource management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to identify challenges, understand solutions, and proactively propose effective solutions.
• Capacity to collaborate in decision-making processes and facilitate consensus.
• Ability to balance tactical team requirements with strategic business viewpoints.
• Competence to work independently and achieve outcomes in ambiguous, uncertain, or rapidly changing situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiencies.
• Strong technical writing abilities for developing, implementing, and maintaining documentation.
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
