This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Develop and implement BullFrog AI's investor relations strategy via a direct-to-investor model utilizing the company-owned investor CRM.
• Establish and nurture relationships with institutional investors, analysts, bankers, and other members of the investment community.
• Organize investor outreach initiatives, conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, investor calls, and communications with shareholders.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, corporate messaging, FAQs, and external communications in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Monitor market trends, analyst coverage, competitor developments, investor sentiment, and industry dynamics to provide strategic insights.
• Enhance the company's positioning within the TechBio, AI-driven biopharmaceuticals, and healthcare innovation sectors.
• Manage and expand the investor CRM/database, focusing on segmentation, data hygiene, subscriber growth, and engagement analytics.
• Foster relationships within retail and institutional investor communities, including forums, shareholder groups, and online/social investor platforms.
• Lead the strategy and execution of conferences, including speaking engagements, panels, networking, introductions, logistics, scheduling, and preparation for executives.
• Oversee the entire process of investor and shareholder marketing, including presentations, newsletters, explainer videos, FAQs, and web content.
• Create and manage an investor newsletter/update program along with a streamlined video content pipeline.
• Collaborate with business development and scientific teams to synchronize investor, scientific, and commercial messaging.
• Assist with website content updates, corporate presentations, press release coordination, and external communications.
• Develop investor-targeted narratives around milestones, partnerships, platform advancements, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor content and campaign effectiveness, refining messaging and channel strategies based on analytics.
• Work closely with Business Development and Commercial teams on partnership outreach and conference relationship management.
• Support Board meetings, investor updates, and strategic planning discussions.
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure for investor relations and marketing.
• Provide guidance to leadership with sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to Regulation FD and securities-counsel coordination.
• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer while collaborating closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Approximately 5–10 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, corporate communications, and/or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including email/newsletter platforms, CRM tools, content and video production, and social/digital channels.
• Demonstrated understanding of the evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape, including emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive positioning, and the practical application of AI solutions across business environments.
• Experience in supporting publicly traded companies, with prior exposure to the investor community.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• High financial literacy with the ability to interpret financial statements, earnings materials, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly within a CRM/marketing-automation platform, analytics dashboards, and video/content creation tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, polished, and intellectually curious, with a creative, test-and-learn mindset towards investor engagement.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, investor meetings, and industry events.
• Currently employed in an AI-focused organization, with direct exposure to AI-driven products, platforms, services, or strategic initiatives, is strongly preferred.
