This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the analytics strategy for a diverse portfolio of client businesses.
• Develop comprehensive, enterprise-level measurement frameworks.
• Design and manage multi-year learning agendas and testing roadmaps.
• Cultivate relationships with senior client stakeholders while advising on measurement strategies.
• Identify prospects for advanced analytics and foster the growth of analytics initiatives.
• Act as the senior guardian of analytical client partnerships.
• Shape reporting, business intelligence, dashboarding, and insight-delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with business intelligence and data engineering leads to enhance data environments.
• Optimize dashboards, visualizations, and strategic presentations.
• Suggest enhancements related to technologies, data platforms, and measurement methodologies.
• Lead the measurement efforts linking media performance with business outcomes, brand health, and enterprise ROI.
• Guide incrementality testing, forecasting, campaign assessments, and contemporary measurement methodologies.
• Assist clients in adopting privacy-compliant and integrated marketing measurement strategies.
• Translate statistical and methodological concepts into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Connect planning, investment, media, and analytics teams effectively.
• Elevate organizational analytical maturity and enhance cross-channel data utilization.
• Monitor trends in measurement, privacy, AI, and media analytics.
• Develop perspectives and narratives regarding industry transformations.
• Ensure the quality, relevance, and business applicability of analytics strategy and outputs.
• Transform vague business inquiries into structured analytical frameworks.
• Identify and promote growth opportunities.
• Enhance analytical standards, workflows, and rigor.
• Manage and mentor Senior Analyst and/or Manager direct reports.
• Guide team members in data storytelling and strategic thinking.
• Assist in hiring, training, capability development, and succession planning.
• Promote a people-first team culture.
• 10-12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or a related field.
• Significant client-facing strategic leadership experience.
• A proven history of designing measurement frameworks and learning agendas for large brands or complex organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts, incrementality testing, unified measurement approaches, and modern measurement trade-offs.
• Previous experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with syndicated and retail-oriented data sources as well as path-to-purchase dynamics.
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of business intelligence tools, cloud data environments, SQL, and analytical methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts, engineers, and data scientists without being a deep engineering expert.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance personal and team productivity.
• Capacity to promote responsible AI experimentation and coach others in appropriate, trust-but-verify usage of AI.
• Demonstrated success in leading analytics talent, enhancing capabilities, and improving strategic outputs through team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytically oriented discipline or equivalent experience.
• An advanced degree is a plus.
