Director – Infrastructure, Value and Risk Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Capable of producing a complete report, from start to finish, meeting a “client ready” standard.

• Initiate specific projects, collaborating with leadership to pinpoint targets.

• Dedicate the majority of time to fulfilling assignments.

• Mentor analysts, senior analysts, and associates.

• Personally review most assignments and provide support to team members during inspections.

• Participate in at least one local commercial real estate event annually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed as a state certified general appraiser.

• At least 1 year of experience holding a CG license.

• Proficient in complex concepts and assignments within the specified sector.

• Fully competent in core skills with basic proficiency in project management and/or account management skills.
