This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in managing the EMEA CAIT team, which encompasses Creators, Affiliates, Influencers, and Talent, with a focus on the UK and Germany markets.
• Report directly to the VP of CAIT EMEA while maintaining a dotted-line relationship with the SVP, CAIT at VaynerX.
• Establish standards from the initial brainstorming phase to final assets, ensuring that the output is relevant, high-quality, optimized for views, creatively impactful, and commercially viable.
• Supervise strategy and operations for sourcing a diverse array of creators and talent for clients’ brand channels and associated initiatives.
• Integrate the external CAIT network into AIM (Analyse, Ideate, Make) and PAC (Platforms, Algorithms, Culture) workflows to enhance Production Excellence.
• Lead key accounts, promoting efficiencies and proactive problem-solving across SMA’S, CAIT, Production, Live Shopping, Experiential, and ancillary ideas.
• Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to design CAIT-led campaigns and translate brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Mentor the team to proactively pitch CAIT-led ideas and establish CAIT as a strategic partner both internally and externally.
• Define and uphold excellence standards, including differentiating between "Creator as Talent" and "Veditor."
• Create virtual directing frameworks and training to guide creator talent towards achieving performance metrics and optimization.
• Manage and develop the CAIT team, training them as Casting Directors and Producers.
• Oversee all CAIT operations, including systems for contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines.
• Monitor financial performance and optimize workflows to minimize revisions while delivering high-volume assets at sustainable margins.
• Serve as the escalation point for negotiations and usage-rights concerns, safeguarding both the agency and clients from potential liabilities.
• Act as VaynerMedia’s internal expert on CAIT, providing insights to Creative and Strategy teams regarding creator scope and industry trends.
• Represent VaynerMedia at industry panels, events, and new business pitches.
• Convert creator-economy trends into actionable business opportunities for clients.
• 7-10 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, or talent management.
• Creative/Operator Hybrid: Possess the taste to enhance creative work as well as the operational mindset to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• The Seller Mindset: Comfortable engaging with clients and articulating the business value of creators while defending creative choices.
• Practitioner Empathy: Recognize the challenges of content creation (having experienced it) and design workflows that alleviate barriers for both creators and the agency.
• Servant Leadership: Prioritize the needs of your team, fostering an environment that promotes health, development, and inclusivity.
• Emotional Intelligence: Detect stress, fear, and anxiety within your team and transform it into practical optimism, directing concerns upward rather than downward or laterally.
• Recruiting Partner: Actively collaborate with recruitment to support Vayner’s talent practices and build an exceptional team.
