📋 Description

• Assist in expanding the organization and its capabilities through expertise in the Education sector.

• Collaborate with GTM and Delivery teams to implement growth strategies focused on key accounts.

• Propel cross-functional growth initiatives and influence both new logos and existing clients.

• Represent Coastal at significant industry events and uncover new growth possibilities.

• Serve as the Voice of the Education Industry to prospects, clients, and partners.

• Aid in the scoping and estimation of programs and projects.

• Lead Advisory/True North engagements.

• Guide C-suite university leaders through the transition from siloed legacy systems to the Education Cloud.

• Co-sell, cultivate, and oversee strategic prospects.

• Create competitive analyses to enhance Coastal’s brand presence.

• Educate and empower sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams on sub-verticals, influencing Coastal’s perspective.

• Collaborate across functions on content for events, marketing materials, and partnered GTM initiatives.

• Support the development of market-ready solutions and execute growth strategies.

• Partner with Salesforce RVPs and AEs on new opportunities and initiatives.

• Develop GTM strategies focused on Grant-making and Program Management to assist NGOs in demonstrating ROI to donors.

• Build, manage, and promote a team-oriented environment.

• Provide leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and resources to associates.

• Create estimates that align with customer requirements, expectations, and deliverables.

• Mentor and enhance the capabilities of Market team members.

• Travel 25–50% within AMER, with occasional international trips.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of consulting experience in delivery leadership related to iterative software development, preferably Salesforce, within the Education sector.

• More than 5 years of Sales experience.

• Proven history of Portfolio Growth.

• In-depth industry knowledge with a clear perspective on sub-verticals.

• Commitment to fostering long-term customer relationships and securing business through trust.

• A consultative mindset and a dedication to learning in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce portfolio, including Mulesoft, Tableau, Slack, and other newly acquired solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to comprehend business requirements and think quickly.

• Consistent track record of building and leading effective teams.

• Self-motivated individual capable of multitasking in a dynamic and high-pressure work setting.

• Strong customer focus and results-oriented leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data for value-based discussions.

• Must possess full-time permanent work authorization in the US.

• Experience in leading digital transformation and large-scale change management initiatives.

• Strong understanding of AI.

• Capability to engage and inspire teams.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
