This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main HR business owner for Workday and the HR technology portfolio.
β’ Create, sustain, and oversee a comprehensive multi-year HR technology roadmap.
β’ Implement governance processes for HR technology initiatives, enhancements, and investments.
β’ Collaborate with HR leadership and HR Business Partners to enhance processes, employee experience, manager effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
β’ Convert HR business needs into functional priorities for the IT HRIS team.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional discussions among HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
β’ Track roadmap progress, business outcomes, and returns on technology investments.
β’ Manage relationships with Workday and other HR technology vendors.
β’ Assess Workday releases and new features.
β’ Provide business leadership for implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and change management processes.
β’ Promote Workday adoption, self-service capabilities, user experience, and process automation.
β’ Develop strategies for communication, training, and change management.
β’ Lead the enterprise people analytics strategy.
β’ Establish workforce metrics, reporting standards, dashboards, and scorecards.
β’ Deliver insights on workforce planning, headcount, rewards, retention, talent acquisition, mobility, diversity, engagement, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Present workforce insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
β’ Establish HR data quality, governance, validation, stewardship, and reporting standards.
β’ Support compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and HR leadership team.
β’ Lead and develop HR analytics and HR technology business resources as needed.
β’ Foster continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, HRIS, or related disciplines.
β’ More than 5 years of leadership experience in influencing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
β’ Strong understanding of Workday functionality, capabilities, and HR business processes.
β’ Proven experience in developing HR technology roadmaps and leading governance processes.
β’ Demonstrated success in partnering with IT teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
β’ Experience in developing workforce analytics, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting.
β’ Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influencing abilities.
β’ Workday certification or advanced experience with Workday.
β’ Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Workday Prism.
β’ Experience in leading enterprise HR transformation or HR technology optimization initiatives.
β’ Knowledge of HR data governance, compliance, and workforce planning methodologies.
