This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and finalize a pipeline of accounts within health systems and large provider networks.
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including CMOs, line-of-business leaders, quality and population health executives, and lab directors, leading to signed agreements.
• Propel accounts to large-scale implementation by obtaining outreach authorization and utilizing population health outreach to enhance screening volume.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with integration and customer success teams to ensure successful go-live and post-launch performance of accounts.
• Manage the health system partnerships channel comprehensively, from acquiring new accounts to executing scaled rollouts.
• Experience in enterprise health system sales within a diagnostic, women's health, or value-based care organization.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals with IDNs or large health systems, effectively navigating procurement, legal, and clinical stakeholders to achieve signed agreements.
• Proven ability to sell and cultivate champions among CMOs, line-of-business leaders (primary care, women's health), quality and population health executives, and lab directors.
• Capable of engaging in credible clinical discussions without extensive support.
• Experience in negotiating agreements involving multiple stakeholders related to clinical workflow or data integration.
• Comfortable working at a Series A company with a streamlined infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to establish and finalize enterprise accounts.
• Preferred experience with population health outreach or patient data-sharing agreements.
• Background with reputable companies such as Exact Sciences, Guardant Health, Veracyte, Natera, Tempus, Genomic Health, Caris Life Sciences, Labcorp Oncology, Myriad Genetics, or Evolent Health is advantageous.
• Driven by uncertainty and eager to build a channel where the infrastructure is still being developed is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer support or sponsorship.
