This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the global Total Rewards function, delivering strategic leadership across Compensation and Benefits.
• Create and enhance a cohesive Total Rewards strategy that aligns with business priorities and Alteryx's Employee Value Proposition.
• Integrate performance, recognition, career advancement, rewards, and retention into a unified employee experience.
• Establish trusted partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation.
• Provide strategic direction for the Benefits function and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure that benefit programs are competitive, compliant, and tailored to the needs of a global workforce.
• Lead the annual compensation planning process, including market benchmarking, salary structures, incentive programs, and pay philosophy.
• Support executive compensation and equity activities, ensuring proper governance.
• Modernize Total Rewards operations through streamlined processes, innovative technology, and an evolving Benefits operating model.
• Enhance systems, automation, workflows, and data quality in collaboration with the AI & Transformation organization.
• Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performing Total Rewards team.
• Foster the development of future leaders through coaching, feedback, succession planning, and growth opportunities.
• Forge relationships across People & Culture and with key business partners during the initial 12 months.
• Create an integrated Total Rewards roadmap that aligns with Alteryx's People transformation strategy.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in leading Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards within a complex organization.
• Extensive Total Rewards expertise with a proven track record of leading organizational transformation, operational excellence, or HR modernization initiatives.
• Strong leadership experience with a commitment to team development and navigating change.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology, automation, analytics, or AI to enhance business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence accompanied by exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export controls.
• A monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to assist with remote work-related expenses.
