This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
β’ Direct the strategy, governance, and team for global ethics and compliance policies, training, and communications functions.
β’ Develop and implement an integrated, risk-oriented global strategy and operational model.
β’ Oversee comprehensive policy governance and collaborate with subject-matter experts to streamline and standardize policies, procedures, and guidelines.
β’ Create and implement role- and risk-based educational programs for employees and applicable third parties.
β’ Manage the quality, localization, accessibility, completion, and remediation of the curriculum.
β’ Direct communications that reinforce leadership expectations, ethical decision-making, and a culture of openness.
β’ Provide counsel on communications for senior leadership and the Board.
β’ Evaluate program adoption and effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and insights.
β’ Promote continuous improvement across various regions, cultures, and languages.
β’ Supervise the policy, training, and communications team.
β’ Coordinate priorities, platforms, and vendors in collaboration with E&C, Legal, HR, Corporate Communications, and business leaders.
β’ Bachelor's degree or higher.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in ethics and compliance, policy governance, learning and development, communications, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ethics, compliance, policy, training, or communications initiatives within a multinational organization.
β’ Background in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader life sciences industry.
β’ Familiarity with global healthcare compliance regulations, anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements, and industry standards such as AdvaMed, MedTech Europe, or equivalent codes.
β’ Experience in developing and executing global policies, compliance training programs, and communications that support employee awareness and adherence to compliance mandates.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
β’ A Master's degree, Juris Doctor (JD), compliance certification (CCEP), or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
