This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Lime's global compensation function, encompassing broad-based pay, annual cycles, and equity partnership.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Compensation Team.

• Convert the Total Rewards philosophy into competitive, equitable, and accessible compensation policies, programs, and communications.

• Establish and manage analytics and reporting capabilities, utilizing scenario modeling for workforce planning and leadership recommendations.

• Enhance compensation operations and systems, which includes Workday configuration, data governance, and scalable process improvements.

• Assist with executive compensation and the Compensation Committee through the preparation of materials, benchmarking, and analyses.

• Provide guidance to People teams, HRBPs, leaders, and Talent Acquisition regarding pay philosophy, offers, and strategy.

• Spearhead pay equity, pay transparency, and public-company regulatory readiness initiatives.

• Collaborate strategically with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.

• Travel occasionally to support business operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation with increased scope and leadership responsibilities.

• Background in a high-growth technology, mobility, marketplace, or other complex global organization.

• In-depth expertise in broad-based compensation and annual compensation cycles, including salary structures, market pricing, merit, promotions, bonus programs, equity partnership, budgeting, calibration, and pay equity.

• Experience in managing and developing analysts or other compensation professionals while remaining an active hands-on subject-matter expert.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.

• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Capability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS and compensation technology, including data governance, reporting, planning, integrations, controls, and process enhancement.

• Excellent judgment, communication, discretion, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence across People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred experience).

• Experience in supporting executive compensation benchmarking and preparing Compensation Committee materials.

• Knowledge of proxy or public-company disclosure processes.

• Experience with compensation consultants and global pay transparency or regulatory initiatives.

• Familiarity with the use of automation, analytics, or authorized AI tools while ensuring the protection of confidential information and maintaining human oversight.

• Preference for candidates residing in the United States.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States and able to meet travel requirements.
