This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Be responsible for the integrated three-statement model spanning all entities in the US, India, and Spain.
• Oversee monthly consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups, in collaboration with the Accounting and Controller's teams.
• Monitor risks and opportunities while aligning consolidated actuals with plans and forecasts.
• Develop and sustain the capital allocation framework.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses related to growth, margins, and free cash flow trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on M&A deal models, integration economics, and post-acquisition evaluations.
• Manage the consolidated Monthly Business Review (MBR), Board deck financials, and investor reporting.
• Provide executive-level analysis of performance in relation to goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with the CFO and executive business partners to deliver financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial figures presented to external stakeholders and the Board.
• Lead the consolidated annual operating plan and long-term strategic planning.
• Enhance consolidated budgeting and forecasting capabilities within the planning tool.
• Oversee and cultivate the Corporate Senior Analyst.
• Propel automation and AI adoption to streamline consolidation and reporting functions.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, consulting, banking, or related sectors.
• Advanced skills in three-statement modeling and multi-entity consolidation.
• Proven ability to deliver executive, Board, and investor reporting in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Experience in consolidating multiple legal entities and currencies, preferably following acquisitions.
• Demonstrated application of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Familiarity with B2B marketplaces or SaaS across various pricing models.
• Proficiency in ERP and BI tools such as Intacct and Looker, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without any restrictions.
