Director – Finance Program & Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead finance-related programs and manage change activities for transformational initiatives.

• Collaborate with executive leadership in Finance to strategize, prioritize, execute, and assess strategic initiatives.

• Create and maintain program frameworks, which include charters, scope definitions, organizational structures, timelines, and budgets.

• Allocate or secure necessary resources to facilitate effective execution.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to align business needs.

• Track and report on the performance of programs and projects, focusing on schedules, budgets, risks, and outcome benefits.

• Manage communication, training, and readiness efforts associated with the progress of programs and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university.

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in program management, project management, change management, or leadership in business transformation.

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the realization of measurable business outcomes.

• Project management certification, such as PMP, is mandatory.

• Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master, is essential.

• Change management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent, is preferred.
