Director, Finance Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and functional support, administration, and strategic enhancement for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM suites.

• Manage planning, budgeting, timeline execution, and risk management for system upgrade releases and corporate system initiatives.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to gather requirements, address gaps, and enhance complex cross-functional business processes and integrations.

• Design and oversee change control, user acceptance testing, training documentation, and user adoption strategies.

• Direct, mentor, and allocate resources among the team and external technical partners.

• Work with Oracle to manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.

• Design, implement, maintain, and support critical business system integrations.

• Engage with internal and external integration partners, including banking institutions and other business allies.

• Lead the internal business systems core team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud.

• Skilled in Oracle Reporting and analytic tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, and Excel Smartview).

• Strong grasp of financial accounting standards, budgeting/forecasting processes, and corporate organizational structures.

• Analytical problem-solving skills to navigate intricate business workflows.

• Project Management expertise for complex projects across various business units, ownership structures, intercompany relationships, system integrations, and other functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of management experience leading corporate systems or IT enterprise applications teams.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience supporting, customizing, and managing Oracle ERP and EPM platforms.

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and leading change adoption in both standard office and remote settings.

• Must reside in CO, FL, IL, MA, MN, OH, OK, PA, or TX.

• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete the required pre-employment background checks.
