Director – Executive Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Strategic Advisors program and its future growth.

• Onboard advisors, foster engagement, and cultivate relationships that lead to external credibility, introductions, and strategic insights.

• Design and enhance executive working sessions, private briefings, peer roundtables, and executive forum programming.

• Establish connections with senior leaders and collaborate directly with Syndio’s senior leadership team.

• Align executives with opportunities in Marketing and Sales to broaden business prospects and drive revenue growth.

• Expand the advisor network by identifying necessary advisors, spearheading recruitment efforts, and ensuring sustainable engagement.

• Influence senior leaders and collaborate with the company leadership team.

• Provide industry analyst insights to the leadership team to help shape company strategies.

• Report directly to the SVP of Executive Engagement & Insights.

• Work in partnership with the CEO, senior leadership team, Marketing, Sales, and Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working with senior executives at global enterprises.

• History of building relationships that have resulted in positive business outcomes.

• Expertise in creating executive experiences and developing programming content from the ground up.

• Skill in influencing without formal authority and collaborating across Go-to-Market functions and the leadership team.

• Some travel may be necessary and could increase as programs expand.

• Preferred: Experience managing an advisory board, council, or a similar program involving external experts.

• Preferred: Facilitation skills.

• Preferred: Understanding of enterprise sales cycles.

• Preferred: Familiarity with industry analyst firms.

• Preferred: Domain expertise in compensation, total rewards, people analytics, or finance-related workforce planning.
