This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of the entire JDE application portfolio, which encompasses fulfillment, financials/AP, integrations, orchestration, and related applications.
• Guide functional/business analysts, developers, and finance analysts.
• Oversee the complete delivery of JDE projects, enhancements, and support services.
• Manage CNC, DBA, project delivery, and vendor monitoring and partnerships.
• Define the JDE strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Convert business priorities into sequenced, ROI-focused plans that align with executive leadership.
• Act as the accountable owner and main representative of JDE to the business, executive team, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and nurture the JDE team, re-establish embedded fulfillment-center support, and strengthen team capabilities.
• Create a disciplined delivery process from charter and requirements sign-off to execution and tracking of plan versus actual outcomes.
• Manage projects using ROI-driven planning and regulated partner collaborations.
• Take ownership of solutions concerning fulfillment, financials, and accounts payable.
• Establish governance in configuration, change management, documentation, validation, auditability, and access control.
• Mitigate key-person risk by implementing governed, trainable managed services.
• Propel JDE modernization, OCI cloud migration, AI/automation initiatives, and integration improvements.
• 16+ years of experience in ERP systems.
• 10+ years of extensive, current hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams at the Manager/Director level.
• Currently functioning at the Director level or higher.
• Demonstrated success in personally leading two or more comprehensive ERP/JDE transformation or organizational restructuring projects with measurable outcomes.
• In-depth JDE expertise in fulfillment/distribution and financials/AP, including distribution, inventory, warehouse, and financials/AP modules.
• Comprehensive JDE expertise spanning projects, support, and CNC.
• Experience in managing JDE partners and managed-service contracts, including SOWs and delivery accountability.
• Capacity to own, manage, and report on delivery metrics and expenditures.
• Proficiency in JDE integration tools, including Orchestrator/AIS and related technologies.
• Active involvement with AI applications in ERP.
• Preferred: experience in retail, powersports, or high-volume distribution; multi-brand experience.
• Preferred: familiarity with JDE 9.2 and OCI cloud migration.
• Preferred: experience in PCI/SOC 2 environments and international/multicurrency operations.
• Preferred: knowledge of enterprise-grade third-party JDE ecosystem tools.
• Preferred: a Master’s Degree or MBA.
• Preferred: Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification.
• Hybrid work option available at the Philadelphia headquarters (2–3 days per week).
