📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continually enhance a global talent acquisition operating model that encompasses both client-facing and internal recruiting efforts.

• Define roles, responsibilities, service standards, and governance frameworks across recruitment and key stakeholders.

• Lead the assessment, optimization, and deployment of applicant tracking systems and associated recruiting technologies, including HRIS, CRM, assessment tools, scheduling, onboarding, and client reporting integrations.

• Responsibly assess, pilot, and operationalize AI-enabled recruiting tools in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, IT, and HR.

• Establish practices for validation, bias testing, disclosure, auditing, and user training related to AI-enabled recruiting.

• Develop standardized recruiting processes throughout the opportunity-to-hire lifecycle, including playbooks, service-level expectations, behavioral interview frameworks, and structured evaluation criteria.

• Create reporting and analytics systems that provide leadership with insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and hiring outcomes.

• Align demand forecasting, capacity modeling, and hiring strategies with business pipeline and client commitments.

• Communicate the impacts of recruiting enhancements on productivity, margins, and revenue.

• Collaborate with client-facing leaders on designing recruiting solutions and conducting business reviews.

• Lead change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment among leaders and teams, promoting adoption and accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition leadership.

• Experience in leading recruiting delivery within an RPO, staffing, professional services, or a similar client-facing setting.

• Experience in selecting, implementing, optimizing, or transforming an enterprise applicant tracking system or recruiting technology ecosystem.

• Proven ability to lead talent acquisition transformation through influence, cross-functional alignment, and ongoing adoption.

• Experience in a people-based services business where labor, capacity, utilization, cost-to-serve, and delivered margin are critical to business performance.

• Experience in developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports that inform executive-level decisions.

• Strongly preferred experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical services, healthcare commercial services, field commercial, medical affairs, or medical science liaison recruiting.

• Preferred experience with AI-enabled recruiting technology and related compliance considerations.

• Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or transformation-oriented environment is preferred.

• An enterprise mindset that balances standardization with business flexibility and client-specific delivery needs.

• Strong change leadership capabilities and the ability to influence across all levels and functions.

• Operational discipline and the ability to translate strategy into actionable processes, governance, tools, and metrics.

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and linking talent acquisition performance to business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

• High accountability, sound judgment, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A commitment to responsible, compliant, inclusive, and candidate-centered recruiting practices.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer, participating in virtual meetings, and carrying out administrative tasks.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, client engagements, or company events, as needed.

• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
