This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a holistic strategy for new logo sales aimed at penetrating enterprise prospects and surpassing revenue goals.
• Build and lead a team of enterprise sales representatives, fostering continuous improvement and employee engagement to achieve both individual and collective success.
• Guide, train, and motivate the sales team in strategic, high-value sales processes and methodologies.
• Establish and uphold scalable sales processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency within the sales team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts to understand their business requirements.
• Collaborate with Keeper’s channel team to develop and sustain relationships with important partners.
• Create a focused outbound strategy to target relevant Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in the identity and access management technology sector.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, exceeding target pipeline coverage ratios.
• Represent Keeper at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Work in collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide insights on product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies tailored for the midmarket and enterprise sectors.
• Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a demonstrable record of exceeding revenue targets and managing high-achieving sales teams.
• Experience in selling within the cybersecurity domain, preferably with a focus on privileged access management (PAM) in the enterprise market.
• Proven capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and implement enterprise sales best practices at scale.
• Experience in people management, with a strong passion for attracting and nurturing talent.
• Exhibit high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership.
• Effective in driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team initiatives.
• Ability to forge cross-functional relationships, influence, and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for a global audience.
• Strong business acumen, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or a related field.
