This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, document, manage, measure, and enhance end-to-end business processes and data governance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, waste reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Lead root-cause analysis, gap assessments, and process mapping utilizing tools like Ishikawa Diagrams and SIPOC.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Co-facilitate accelerated end-to-end Kaizen events and oversee the execution and tracking of Just Do Its.
• Establish process KPIs and SLAs, monitoring performance with dashboards and analytics.
• Support the development of end-to-end process and department-specific measurement scorecards.
• Collaborate with Process Leads in Operations and Service to implement improvements for execution.
• Conduct process inventory and maturity assessments.
• Lead initiatives related to process change, encompassing training, communication, and adoption.
• Partner with IT and Product teams on system enhancements, automation efforts, and digital transformation.
• Mentor and coach business partners regarding measurement, process improvement, and tracking enhancements.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for processes designated by the VP of Enterprise Process Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Data Management, Implementation, Operations, Services, and Technology to drive transformation and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in process management, data governance, operations, business analysis, or equivalent roles.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
• Knowledge of 401k, 403b, and/or 457 plans.
• Basic understanding of the complete suite of retirement products and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Working knowledge of workflow tools/applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its reporting tools/features.
• Proven experience in driving successful business transformation with sustainable measurable results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Capability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Skills in change management and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the creation and execution of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).
