Director – Enterprise Architecture, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assess acquired agency environments, which encompass systems, integrations, operating models, data flows, reporting requirements, and technical liabilities.

• Determine how acquired environments correspond with Trucordia's target architecture.

• Create and sustain a repeatable discovery methodology for acquisition evaluations.

• Design tools, templates, and documentation that facilitate consistent discovery processes for business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Analyze discovery results, pinpoint gaps, and ensure that the information aids in architectural planning and decision-making.

• Establish and uphold integration patterns, architectural standards, and agency archetypes.

• Convert discovery insights into target-state architecture designs that align with enterprise technology strategies and standards.

• Collaborate with business, product, delivery, and technology teams to assess integration options, evaluate complexity, and outline implementation strategies.

• Provide architectural leadership during implementation to guarantee that solutions adhere to approved designs and enterprise standards.

• Act as a senior architectural resource for strategic technology initiatives, architecture roadmaps, and enterprise-wide modernization projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or similar technology leadership positions.

• Extensive experience with insurance agency platforms and associated technologies, including AMS360, Epic, Sagitta, BenefitPoint, Zywave, or comparable solutions.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing repeatable frameworks, processes, or methodologies that can be executed by cross-functional teams.

• Experience in evaluating existing technology environments and converting business and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, application integrations, middleware technologies, data architecture, and data movement patterns.

• Previous experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions, large-scale integration initiatives, or complex multi-entity technology environments is preferred.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence technical direction and partner effectively with business, product, delivery, and technology stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and function efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
