This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategy and operational roadmap focusing on digital experience, marketing operations, CRM, analytics, marketing technology, AI-enabled capability enhancement, and digital channel enablement throughout the Americas.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team responsible for website operations, user experience, content enablement, SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, project delivery, and marketing technology platforms.
• Take ownership of the strategy for Watts' digital properties, which includes customer journey design, user experience, search discoverability, conversion optimization, personalization, accessibility, and site performance.
• Accelerate ecommerce and digital channel growth by collaborating with sales, channel, product, and commercial teams.
• Manage the marketing technology architecture, CRM integration, marketing automation, lead management processes, data governance standards, and vendor performance.
• Create executive-level dashboards, attribution models, and reporting structures that link digital engagement, campaign performance, pipeline influence, customer behavior, and marketing investment to business outcomes.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks, service level expectations, and intake/prioritization processes.
• Propel AI and automation adoption to enhance productivity, speed to market, campaign effectiveness, content creation, insight generation, and customer engagement.
• Act as a strategic partner to regional and global stakeholders, converting commercial priorities into digital capabilities, measurable initiatives, and execution plans.
• Oversee agency, consulting, and technology partnerships, including scopes of work, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Exemplify Watts' values through leadership actions, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as directed by the Vice President of Marketing - Americas.
• Be willing to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in areas such as digital marketing, digital experience, ecommerce, marketing operations, analytics, CRM, marketing technology, or customer experience.
• More than 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing teams, developing talent, and creating high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in building or transforming a digital marketing, ecommerce, customer experience, or marketing operations function within a complex, multi-brand, or matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of website strategy, user experience, customer journey optimization, SEO/SEM, digital campaign performance, and conversion enhancement.
• Hands-on leadership experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, web content management systems, data governance practices, and marketing technology/vendor ecosystems.
• Strong capability to link digital activities to business outcomes via dashboards, attribution, financial analysis, executive reporting, and actionable insights.
• Exceptional skills in executive communication, change leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
• Preferred: experience in building products, manufacturing, industrial, commercial construction, or durable goods sectors.
• Preferred: experience in leading a Digital Marketing or Digital Experience Center of Excellence supporting multiple brands, business units, or regions.
• Preferred: experience in fostering ecommerce growth, digital merchandising, product information management, distributor/channel enablement, or marketplace optimization.
• Preferred: advanced understanding of customer journey mapping, content strategy, personalization, web analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing performance optimization.
• Preferred: experience leveraging AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
