Junior Online Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create effective Google Ads strategies tailored for e-commerce brands

• Plan, execute, and enhance Google Ads campaigns with an emphasis on performance improvement driven by data

• Formulate scalable strategies and extract targeted optimization actions from campaign analytics

• Manage budgets efficiently and scale them in a performance-oriented manner based on established KPIs

• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their needs are met

• Offer comprehensive assistance for client projects that extend beyond Google Ads

• Take independent responsibility for reporting, consulting, and achieving project objectives

• Systematically manage projects and foster continuous improvement

• Collaborate with the Creative Team to design integrated, high-performing campaign solutions

• Gradually take on responsibility for budgets, accounts, and client relationships

• Strong interest in marketing and digital product promotion

• Degree or completed vocational training in online marketing, data analysis, or a similar analytical discipline

• Proficient analytical thinking and a solid affinity for numbers

• Ability to recognize patterns and complex relationships within digital marketing environments

• Organized, independent, and goal-driven work style

• Commitment to continuous learning and developing a comprehensive understanding of Google Ads

• Proactive and disciplined in approach

• Capable of finding solutions and efficiently advancing client projects

• Proficient to native-level German skills (applicants are required to indicate their German proficiency from A1 to C2)
