Director – Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee governance across large, intricate, or multi-faceted consulting engagements

• Ensure that projects are executed with consistency, quality, and in line with established methodologies

• Provide strategic direction to Senior Managers and Managers throughout all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery

• Assist with executive-level client communications during critical scenarios and escalations

• Act as a trusted advisor on complex technical and business challenges

• Collaborate with account management teams to enhance long-term client relationships and uncover growth opportunities

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, standards, and service quality

• Coach, mentor, and develop senior consulting staff and subject matter experts

• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture founded on accountability and continuous learning

• Identify and nurture future leaders through succession planning and professional development initiatives

• Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among consulting teams

• Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations

• Work closely with Business Development teams to position consulting services and differentiate our offerings

• Support strategic account expansion without direct sales quota responsibilities

• Assist in shaping consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, and service offerings

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging risks

• Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and industry events as a thought leader

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading complex consulting or professional services engagements

• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, business resilience, or related advisory services

• Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level client relationships and influence strategic decisions

• Experience in leading and mentoring senior consulting teams in dynamic environments

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities

• Solid understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence

• Capability to balance technical credibility with strategic business leadership

• Experience in supporting proposals, strategic initiatives, and account growth
