📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the operational framework that supports Forbes' Creator Network ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Creators and the leadership of Strategic Operations in Video and Social to refine internal processes and boost business efficiency.

• Act as a liaison between business strategy and its implementation.

• Oversee contract management and expedite internal approval processes in coordination with the Legal team.

• Provide operational support for podcast acquisitions and creator-led media growth, encompassing evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and integration.

• Work alongside Finance, Production, Product, Legal, Sales, and Live Events teams to manage workflows and resolve operational challenges.

• Direct operational planning and execution for innovative B2C and B2B creator-led business initiatives.

• Create, standardize, and scale backend workflows that support creators and original intellectual property.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in business operations or business development.

• Strong preference for background in the creator economy, digital media, or talent management sectors.

• Capability to transform ambiguity into well-organized, scalable systems.

• Proven experience in navigating intricate contract workflows and collaborating with internal legal teams and business executives.

• Experience or a strong enthusiasm for launching digital content initiatives and products, as well as building new business lines from the ground up.

• Proficiency in cross-functional communication and the ability to influence across various departments.

• Candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
