Director, Corporate Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary support and strategic ally to the Senior Director of Corporate Accounting.

• Oversee and manage the daily corporate accounting operations.

• Analyze transactional data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Pinpoint and implement enhancements for process automation and AI integration.

• Function as the in-house authority on complex accounting matters.

• Establish new procedures and enhance financial controls.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team.

• Work collaboratively with FP&A, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in professional accounting.

• At least 3 years of experience in publicly traded or late-stage pre-IPO firms.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

• In-depth understanding of US GAAP at an expert level.

• Knowledge of enterprise-grade ERP systems is essential.

• Strong attention to detail is crucial.

• Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
