This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the strategic vision for integrated TV and digital video initiatives.
• Advocate for innovation in CTV and digital video across planning, buying, activation, optimization, reporting, and marketplace development.
• Formulate insights on advertising technology, publisher trends, video consumption patterns, measurement practices, currency, and new opportunities within CTV.
• Define the digital video vision and strategy, including the role of CTV in the overall media plan and the consumer experience.
• Develop scalable best practices, process enhancements, educational resources, and automation possibilities.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and oversight to members of the Digital Video team.
• Cultivate relationships with senior clients, internal stakeholders, media partners, and ad tech collaborators.
• Supervise performance and brand-building strategies in both CTV and digital video domains.
• Interpret marketplace, platform, and measurement updates into actionable insights for teams and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-channel planning teams to suggest video investment strategies.
• Manage internal processes and QA workflows to ensure precise, efficient, and timely campaign launches.
• Report on practice performance metrics, objectives, marketplace insights, and future strategic plans to agency leadership.
• Oversee and refine digital video processes throughout the practice.
• Align programmatic video initiatives with marketing, media, measurement, and business goals.
• Contribute to the growth of Rain’s converged TV practice through new service offerings, partner engagements, business development support, and internal training.
• A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of practical media experience, particularly in digital video planning, CTV strategy, and campaign execution.
• In-depth understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, buying types, inventory choices, and the evolving CTV landscape.
• Experience with DSPs, CTV publishers, measurement partners, currency solutions, trafficking workflows, reporting outputs, and performance analysis.
• Capability to analyze performance metrics, uncover significant narratives, and articulate recommendations effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in mentoring, developing, and managing team members.
• A strong sense of curiosity and passion for ad tech, video innovation, new marketplace models, and shifting audience consumption habits.
• Exceptional project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to balance strategic leadership with operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in major DSPs and platforms, including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Viant, and other relevant CTV and digital video partners.
