This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team tasked with executing CRM campaigns, designing and producing emails, managing internal communications, implementing marketing automation, and overseeing lifecycle marketing.
• Take ownership of CRM marketing execution across various CRM and marketing platforms.
• Ensure that marketing assets and campaigns are constructed, uploaded, tested, launched, and maintained accurately.
• Supervise email design and production to guarantee that communications are engaging, on-brand, precise, responsive, and optimized for performance.
• Manage the campaign intake process and prioritize marketing requests throughout the organization.
• Establish clear guidelines regarding requirements, timelines, ownership, capacity, and expectations.
• Oversee reporting and performance measurement for campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and convert insights into actionable strategies through testing, optimization, and continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective marketing solutions.
• Advocate for data quality and responsible data management, including appropriate audience selection, segmentation, logic, and information handling.
• Develop and uphold standards and best practices for CRM execution, automation, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and campaign governance.
• Stay updated on emerging CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation, personalization, and AI capabilities, identifying practical enhancements.
• Cultivate a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, preferably in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or a related field.
• A proven history of delivering measurable results and enhancing marketing performance.
• In-depth understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience with Total Expert is highly preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in marketing automation, campaign development, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
• Results-driven mindset with the capability to translate campaign performance data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, encompassing design, testing, personalization, deliverability, measurement, and optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially when managing complex campaigns, workflows, and segments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative leadership style and capacity to forge strong relationships across teams and functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning and adopting new technologies.
• Familiarity with mortgage industry workflows, terminology, and compliance standards is a plus, though not mandatory.
