This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Build and enhance long-lasting relationships with designated clients as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Convert performance data into actionable insights and confidently present findings.
• Strategize, implement, and sustain program initiatives that align with client objectives and goals.
• Define success criteria across financial, clinical, operational, and service dimensions.
• Manage client goals, expectations, and timelines throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of RxAnte's offerings, communicate relevant solutions to clients, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the client analytics team to collect and analyze data, recognize trends and root causes, and create quality workplans and deliverables.
• Oversee all elements of client deliverables, working with technical and analytic teams to spot potential issues and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Client Success leadership and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Assess and analyze program risks, producing reports for client program leads and executive leadership.
• Lead effective client meetings and work with team members to ensure successful client meeting outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 7 years of client management experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., health plans, hospitals, healthcare services, pharmacy).
• Expertise in Medicare Advantage health plans and/or quality performance or improvement initiatives.
• Proven history of developing and enhancing client relationships while effectively communicating with senior management and executives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clients with insights, not just reports.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while working independently amid competing priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to consistently meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong time management, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to RxAnte's Sterling, Virginia office and to client locations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company-sponsored visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Preferred: A Master's degree or other advanced degree in clinical services, healthcare analytics, healthcare administration, healthcare technology, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmacy and/or medical data.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
