This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the designated US client portfolio.
• Act as the main point of contact for managing client relationships, strategy, and expansion.
• Oversee a multi-million-dollar portfolio consisting of small to mid-sized pharmaceutical clients.
• Facilitate client strategy and planning in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
• Monitor stakeholder status and relay business updates both internally and externally.
• Manage and address internal and external client escalations.
• Assist in sales negotiations through scoping, presentations, pricing input, and contract management.
• Create and uphold strategic client growth plans, which include renewals, upsells, and referenceability.
• Discover opportunities to expand into new client brands.
• Cultivate and expand referenceable clients.
• Support and manage budget books, client invoicing, and revenue collection activities.
• Lead Account Support Managers and supervise personnel assigned to client accounts.
• Provide industry expertise, insights, and coaching on pharmaceutical commercialization topics.
• Investigate client needs, product offerings, competitive challenges, and issues.
• Present a platform model to biopharma clients.
• Independently spearhead key Account Management initiatives.
• Travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and product training sessions.
• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• BS/BA in business, healthcare, computer science, or an equivalent college degree is required.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in the sales of healthcare enterprise software.
• 5–8 years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, or HUB Services.
• Knowledge and experience in healthcare enterprise software sales, patient services, brand agency, or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing technology and service programs.
• Documented history of meeting and exceeding execution and success targets.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, team-building, and organizational abilities.
• Capable of fostering strategic partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions.
• Ability to function as an effective account leader and collaborative team player.
• Solid understanding of best practices in healthcare account management.
• Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally exert approximately 20 lbs. of force.
• Proficient manual dexterity with computers, laptops, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
• Overnight business travel is required.
• Must exhibit flexibility in schedule and working hours.
