Director, Client Solutions Architects, Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and advance the Northeast Client Solutions Architect team while remaining engaged in hands-on customer interactions.

• Assume the lead CSA position for significant clients or intricate projects when additional support, continuity, or technical expertise is required.

• Guide CSAs and Sales teams in discovery, solution creation, technology storytelling, aligning business outcomes, whiteboarding, and facilitating workshops.

• Act as a trusted technology consultant to customer technology, infrastructure, security, and business leaders.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and CSAs to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer relationships.

• Shift client discussions from tactical procurement toward long-term strategic partnerships.

• Convert major enterprise technology trends into pertinent discussions with clients.

• Provide thought leadership in areas such as Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG and agentic AI, data center modernization, networking, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, automation, observability, platform engineering, Managed Services, Enterprise Service Management, and operating model transformation.

• Represent Myriad360 in customer briefings, client events, industry panels, technology summits, webinars, and partner collaborations.

• Support intricate, multi-practice opportunities.

• Cultivate relationships with technical leaders and architects across strategic OEM partners.

• Integrate OEM insights, roadmaps, and innovation into client dialogues.

• Identify unique joint solutions with strategic partners.

• Maintain technical expertise to engage with key accounts while involving deeper specialists when necessary.

• Represent Myriad360 among customers, internal teams, and the partner ecosystem.

• Complete ongoing security awareness training, adhere to company policies, and report security risks.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and reside in New York City.

• Must be willing to travel 40% of the time within the United States, primarily in the Northeast region.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, systems integration, or related fields, including leadership or mentoring roles.

• Experience interacting with senior technical and business stakeholders in customer-facing settings.

• Extensive knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, automation, AI, and services.

• Proven ability to convert emerging technologies into actionable business strategies.

• Experience in shaping complex enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives.

• Strong skills in customer communication, facilitation, whiteboarding, and presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead intricate pursuits and provide hands-on CSA support as necessary.

• Experience collaborating across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Delivery organizations.

• Strong comprehension of technology partner and OEM ecosystems.

• Background at a national technology integrator, consulting firm, VAR, MSP, or major enterprise technology provider.

• Previous experience as a CSA leader, solutions architecture manager, Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or technical consulting leader.

• Experience in developing customer technology roadmaps and strategic account plans.

• Familiarity with Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG, agentic AI, automation, observability, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity strategy.

• Experience speaking at client events, industry panels, customer briefings, or technology conferences is preferred.

• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.

• Identify and report security risks and contribute to remediation efforts.
