This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead efforts in client management and retention within the designated region.
• Oversee the overall performance of the TPA business segment, focusing on customer retention, revenue enhancement, and service delivery models.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, TPA leadership, and Point C corporate teams.
• Deliver consultative account management and promote strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, operational integration, and financial performance.
• Direct a team of account managers, specialists, and coordinators.
• Conduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and continuous coaching.
• Manage capacity and workforce planning, allocating accounts and resources to maximize efficiency and client coverage.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partner stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and consultative assistance for Point C products, services, and project plans.
• Collaborate with sales teams on growth strategies, broker meetings, capability presentations, and finalist meetings.
• Foster operational alignment and effective issue resolution across internal teams.
• Monitor performance, proactively address issues, and report on results and action plans.
• Advocate for Point C and the TPA partner within the region.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• 7-10 years of experience in the self-funded healthcare, insurance, or TPA sectors.
• A minimum of 5 years in client management or a related leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to drive processes, meet deadlines, and lead diverse teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and influence effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; adept at building rapport, navigating complex relationships, and diffusing tension as necessary.
• Keen attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy and timeliness.
• Resourceful, decisive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology platforms.
• Experience working with brokers and/or benefits consultants is a plus.
• An active state insurance license is preferred.
