This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main divisional liaison between Kerry and the associated CORE division.

• Foster collaborative client relationships founded on trust and measurable outcomes.

• Drive a strategic client approach, collaborative business planning, effective communication, performance assessment, and bonus qualification results.

• Set organizational objectives aimed at growth and enhanced shared outcomes.

• Formulate and coordinate business strategies and goals utilizing CIRI/CRM.

• Oversee sales volumes and performance targets while demonstrating leadership by example.

• Spearhead strategic planning within the CORE divisional sales team.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client volume, profitability, and brand value.

• Evaluate client sales and marketing tactics and offer insightful recommendations.

• Track competitive activities and devise effective responses.

• Conduct trimester review sessions within divisional sales organizations.

• Fine-tune business strategies in collaboration with Local Client Managers.

• Cultivate relationships with client management teams to improve sales productivity.

• Partner with the Senior Vice President, Client Strategy on special initiatives.

• Recognize industry trends through events, publications, and announcements.

• Share trends and industry insights with clients and company executives.

• Uphold confidentiality while continuously seeking ways to enhance client value.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of fifteen years of experience in foodservice account management or sales.

• Superior leadership and business management capabilities.

• Ability to convert client and industry insights into actionable strategies.

• Skill in building relationships within client and agency organizations.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must reside in or be within driving distance of the designated territory.

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.

• Strong sales aptitude.

• Experience in restaurant operations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Open to traveling and staying overnight as required.

• Professional appearance in business attire.

• Ability to drive daily without supervision.

• Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
