Account Coordinator – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create agendas and gather pertinent information for client meetings

• Record essential decisions and distribute same-day meeting summaries with clear responsibilities and timelines

• Generate precise weekly client reports utilizing performance data from media buying efforts

• Identify anomalies prior to sharing reports with clients

• Manage account task boards in Asana, ensuring timely tracking, assignment, and completion of client obligations

• Collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and developers to relay briefs and align deliverables with account growth strategies

• Compose client communications, updates, and responses for review by the Account Manager

• Cultivate an understanding of the company's client service standards and communication style

• Observe Account Managers in strategy development, renewals, and escalation processes

• Aim to independently oversee 1-2 accounts with supervision by the 90-day milestone

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or e-commerce support position; agency internships will also be considered

• Excellent written communication skills for clear, professional, and error-free client interactions

• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and dynamic elements

• Understanding of e-commerce growth metrics, including ROAS, AOV, and conversion rates

• Proficient in navigating Shopify dashboards and articulating key metrics

• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platforms

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics; familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Segmetrics

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and the ability to interpret advertising performance data

• Knowledge of Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing

• Proficient in using Asana and Slack

• Basic skills in Canva and ChatGPT

• Ability to maintain consistent overlap with US business hours according to relevant regional working-hour requirements

• Previous experience in an agency setting supporting Account Managers or Project Managers

• Practical experience managing or assisting with campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics

• Experience in regulated or high-scrutiny sectors such as health and wellness, CBD/THC, or hospitality
