This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in guiding business and customer decision-making through financial analysis, commercial insights, and meticulous execution throughout the deal and delivery lifecycle.
• Examine commercial and financial data to aid in pricing, margin, and profitability determinations across customer interactions.
• Create and sustain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for deals, renewals, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance teams to ensure that commercial terms are comprehended, managed, and executed as per agreements.
• Track financial performance against established plans, pinpoint discrepancies, and propose corrective measures with clear financial implications.
• Facilitate deal reviews by evaluating financial risks, assumptions, and adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Generate financial summaries and insights for stakeholders during critical milestones.
• Play a role in the continuous enhancement of commercial finance processes, tools, and reporting.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, pricing, or a closely related financial role.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze financial statements, margins, and cost drivers.
• Experience in constructing and interpreting financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Strong interest in learning and applying automation and AI processes.
• Ability to convert complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning sales, delivery, and finance.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Understanding of commercial controls, governance, and principles of financial compliance.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in people management or team leadership.
• Background in supporting customer-facing deals or contracts within a services or technology setting.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes, pricing governance, or deal approval protocols.
• Experience in financial performance management or business case development.
• Exposure to global or multi-country business environments.
