This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Behavioral Health Network Engagement team and set up a weekly operational rhythm.
• Finalize remaining hiring decisions, including appointing the Network Engagement Lead and converting contractors to full-time employees.
• Convert account management's state-level priorities and risk strategies into detailed network execution plans, complete with designated accounts, contact schedules, and defined SLAs.
• Relaunch the hub-and-spoke adoption initiative in prioritized states.
• Manage provider engagement and referral volume on the spoke side while collaborating with account management on hub relationships.
• Oversee onboarding and adoption playbooks, determining what metrics should be tracked.
• Address execution gaps in alignment with account management plans before they escalate.
• Tackle priority and timeline disagreements directly with account management.
• Identify stalled provider relationships or accounts and decide on corrective measures based on AI-generated activity patterns.
• Serve as the representative for network engagement with state agency partners and internal leadership.
• Verify and enhance AI-generated status reports.
• Mentor the team, manage escalations, exercise sound judgment, and foster relationships that promote adoption.
• Enhance performance measurement and reward systems for Network Engagement Leads in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Expand disciplined network engagement execution across prioritized states.
• Ensure that tracking, reporting, documentation, and initial synthesis are supported by AI and largely automated.
• A minimum of 5 years leading a team in a customer-facing, revenue-related role such as implementation, customer success, account management, or network management.
• Proven ability to convert vague directives into specific, actionable plans for your team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience collaborating with a distinct revenue-generating function to translate strategy into actionable team initiatives.
• Capacity to resolve priority or timeline disputes without escalating beyond peers.
• Skill in making people-related decisions, including hiring, conversions, and performance management.
• Ability to maintain a documented weekly operational cadence for the team.
• Experience in diagnosing the reasons behind stalled repeatable processes and determining necessary changes before relaunching.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Extensive operational understanding of behavioral health delivery systems and state Medicaid or crisis-response programs.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating with senior stakeholders while maintaining relationships.
• A forward-thinking, inquisitive mindset with a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
