This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of product managers.

• Create and implement business plans.

• Oversee capacity management and direct marketing initiatives for a key product or product category.

• Coordinate market research to assess product needs and identify enhancements in features and functionality.

• Design and execute marketing strategies encompassing product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, and future development plans.

• Manage the entire product life cycle.

• Align departmental strategies with the organization's objectives.

• Provide guidance to managers on crucial business matters and spearhead complex problem-solving and process optimization efforts.

• Allocate personnel, resources, and budget across various projects and teams.

• Develop tactical and operational plans that align with company strategies, production timelines, and customer needs.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to fulfill customer specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.

• Establish departmental KPIs and benchmarks and utilize metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Manage the recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of staff.

• Guarantee quality and consistency of assembled solutions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 8-11 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in market research.

• Proficiency in developing business and operational plans.

• Knowledge of product marketing, pricing, advertising, packaging, and product life-cycle management.

• Ability to manage capacity, resources, budgets, production schedules, and customer requirements effectively.

• Capability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and logistics teams.

• Competence in defining and utilizing key performance indicators and benchmarks.

• Skills in recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing team performance.

• Preferred: Master’s degree.

• Preferred: Certification in project management or a related field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).

• Preferred: 12-14 years of experience.
