Director, AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI transformation projects from initial diagnosis through to implementation.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring accountability for results.

• Create transformation roadmaps that align with client limitations and manage the execution process.

• Identify and prototype valuable AI use cases, bringing them from idea to functional products.

• Collaborate closely with client internal teams in a hands-on manner.

• Convey AI concepts, technical limitations, and strategic considerations to boards, C-suite executives, and operational staff.

• Assist in business development and outline new project opportunities.

• Strengthen existing client relationships as their requirements evolve.

• Implement AI tools within Human Agency and client workflows.

• Contribute to the enhancement of delivery practices, organizational learning, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination, with direct accountability for outcomes.

• Proven ability to transform AI from concept to operational implementation within an organization.

• Proficient understanding of foundational models, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.

• Sound judgment in deciding when to develop solutions in-house, outsource, or advise against certain approaches.

• Capability to lead senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, manage uncertainty, and keep complex projects on schedule.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in developing and launching 0-to-1 products.

• Must provide evidence of a project developed using AI.

• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada for this role.
