📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation initiatives from initial discovery to final delivery, serving as the main point of contact for clients.

• Create transformation roadmaps tailored to client requirements and oversee their execution.

• Identify valuable AI use cases and develop prototypes, transitioning them from conceptual ideas to functional products.

• Collaborate closely with client internal teams to build practical solutions.

• Articulate AI concepts, technical limitations, and strategic considerations to boards, executives, and frontline staff.

• Assist in business development and define new engagement opportunities.

• Strengthen existing client relationships as their needs change and grow.

• Implement AI tools within both internal and client workflows.

• Help shape Human Agency’s delivery methodologies, foster organizational learning, and drive growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a mix of these fields, with direct accountability for results.

• Proven track record of transforming AI from concept to operational reality within an organization.

• Proficiency in foundational models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and making build-versus-buy decisions.

• Capability to manage senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, handle uncertainty, and maintain the momentum of complex projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in developing 0-to-1 products and successfully delivering tangible products or solutions.

• Eligibility to work in the US or Canada.

• Must present proof of a project developed using AI.

• Bonus: Experience in venture studios, rapidly growing AI or tech firms, or roles that blend strategy and product management.
